Hometown driver Jim Quinn, after winning a few Farmer City Raceway track championships in the Street Stock Division, has not experienced much good luck this season.
However, in the second heat of the Street Stock Division on September 4, Quinn's luck changed.
Jeff Semmons started that seemingly insurmountable lead. However, he had some problems with his car and fell out of the lead.
With Semmons out of the picture, Quinn was put into the lead, one he would not surrender.
