On WCIA's News at Six, it was announced that Kirkpatrick's 71-yard touchdown rumble against St. Thomas More was named the Friday Football Fever play of the week.
Fans voted via comments on the WCIA Friday Football Fever's Facebook page. An overwhelming majority of those votes were for Kirkpatrick's touchdown run.
