Denver Broncos Wide Receiver (and Blue Ridge Athletic Director?) Eric Decker Making Noise in the NFL

In case you haven't noticed, Denver has a wide receiver that is performing a few headline plays.

Those plays are being performed by a man named Eric Decker.

First, he had a 90-yard punt return against the Oakland Raiders on Monday Night Football in Week 1.

Then, in Week 2 against the Cincinnati Bengals, Decker caught five passes for 113 yards and two touchdowns to help lead the Broncos to a 24-22 win.

He caught a 25-yard touchdown reception in the third quarter. Decker's 52-yard TD catch in the fourth quarter turned out to be the game winner for Denver.

This Eric Decker was drafted in the third round of the 2010 NFL Draft out of Minnesota. So I doubt that he serves double duty as the athletic director at Blue Ridge High School in Farmer City, Illinois.

But if you see a private jet in Farmer City departing for Denver, you know who the culprit is. ;)
