NCAA to Pay Stipend to Student Athletes

According to a recent ESPN report, the NCAA Division I board of directors has passed a measure that will allow schools to pay stipends of up to $2,000 to scholarship players.


 In other words, schools such as USC are now allowed to break a little bread, if you will, for the athletes.
