Hi, my name is Andrew (or Drew) Rosten. My brother started this blog for me as a Christmas present. Consider it a gift that keeps on giving. I am currently the sports editor at the Ford County Record, and since taking that job in August 2012, I have won several Illinois Press Association awards. Before then, I was a part-time sports clerk at the Herald & Review in Decatur and part-time stringer for the Clinton Journal.

Blue Ridge Soccer's J.J. Malone Named Player of the Year
The News-Gazette awarded Malone with the honor of being named the All-Area Player of the Year.
Conner Builta was named to the newspaper's All-Area second team.
Josh Plunk received an Honorable Mention.
