FARMER CITY, Ill. -- Will Duggins drove in five runs and had three hits to lead the Knights.

Tucker Johnson won his first decision for Blue Ridge after striking out eight batters.

The Knights improve to 3-8 with the win. They will travel to Fisher today for a 4:30 p.m. game as well.

FARMER CITY, Ill. -- Jordan Wheeler struck out 10 batters, but allowed nine hits in a nonconference loss to decrease her pitching record to 5-2.

She also hit a solo home run in the first inning and finished the game with two hits. Melinda Wilson contributed three hits.

With the loss, Blue Ridge falls to 6-3. The Lady Knights will travel to Fisher today for a 4:30 p.m. game.
